REJECTION OF WOMEN IN SOME WORK FIELDS.

In this essay i'm going to talk about how is the rejection of women in some work fields, before i start im going to define what is women ,  is the word that refers to a female individual,Over the years women have been regarded as weak sex ,why? because long time ago the women had a very established roll that was to be the housewives and the man was the one who worked but one day the women began to think that they had the same capabilities as a man and it seemed unfair that the man was the one who worked, studied, etc ...so then started a revolution because women start to fight for their rights and for the gender equality, but that fight has lasted many years because it has not been easy, but today women are more included in aspects such as social, political and employment.
But still the woman has not been included totally since there are jobs in which women still can not work or in other cases in which if she can work there is an inequality at the level of payments, there are women who do the same job as a man and they meet the same schedule and pay less. where you see more gender inequality is at the political level, for examples:

• there are very few women in parliament of our country.
• In colombia there has not been a female president.

as a result of that a group was created or rather a movement which is called "feminism",What they want is to end gender inequality and respect women's rights.Many people think that feminists want to overshadow men and that is not so, they think that man is also necessary for development, the only thing they want is the equality.
also gender inequality can also be called discrimination , the mining of discrimination is Different and harmful treatment that is given to a person for reasons of race, sex, political ideas, religion, etc. 
that why many women in the world are fight for their rights because is unfair , that we as a human are equal y we need to be treated equal.
